Ewa Kondera

Ewa is a seasonal transformation leader in the technology industry, with a unique combination of sales and delivery in the EMEIA region. She has over 25 years of professional experience, and since 2000 she has been bringing value to clients in a variation of leadership and commercial roles working for global IT companies. Since 2007 she has been with Capgemini, responsible for sales, marketing, and extensive outsourcing deals in Benelux and DACH. Her most recent role in Capgemini was as a Vice President responsible for Cloud Infrastructure Services in Central Europe (e.g., Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Benelux). Since 2019 Ewa has been working as Chief of Staff EMEIA for ServiceNow, responsible for EMEIA Sales, Sales Strategy & Programs. She was also co-responsible for building long-term ServiceNow EMEIA strategy planning. Since March 2021, she has been working for EY, responsible for the global ServiceNow Go to Market competence and strategy.

Ewa graduated from universities in Poland and Germany (University of Zielona Gora, Potsdam University), where she studied German Literature and Language. She is married and the mother of two sons.
