Ewa Kolczyk

Ewa is a Software Development Manager at Amazon Development Center in Gdansk, where she leads engineering and product teams working on Amazon voice AI Alexa. Ewa’s teams focus on adding new voices and personalities, such as Samuel L Jackson or Shaq O’Neil on Echo devices. Before joining Alexa in Gdansk, Ewa worked for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Seattle, where she led internationalization programs. Additionally, Ewa is head of Amazon Women in Engineering in Gdansk, an organization bringing female and non-binary engineers together, so that they can support each other in career development and promote inclusion and diversity.
