I am a Warsaw School of Economics Graduate, working in IT for 15 years. My passion are innovations and change management in corporate environment. In my career I have been leading various IT projects and teams. I was responsible for setting up an RPA Center of Excellence in Schneider Electric HR Services Europe. I am excited about various approaches to product and project management, I constantly learn and search for new ways of working. I changed my profile from being a Senior Project Manager to a Scrum Master. Today I lead a team of Agile Coaches - together we are responsible for an Agile transformation in Advanced Analytics and AI Team.
