DOROTA N. HALLER marketer, communications expert & enthusiast, modern leader, feminist

Dorota is and experienced and influential marketing expert, a woman of the profession - not of the industry. She has worked for a variety of brands in many sectors, from FMCG to media, entertainment and technology. She was the marketing director of  Medicover, BNP Paribas Bank or LOT Polish Airlines among others. Currently, she is the director of marketing, communications and e-commerce (CMO) at Huawei CBG Polska. Together with teams and agencies, she has won many prestigious awards, incl. marketing Effie Awards for LOT Polish Airlines and Huawei campaigns (numerous Gold Effies) and the PR Golden Clip for BNP Paribas and Huawei campaigns. She is a vice-president of International Advertising Association (IAA) Polska, a member of the Superbrands Council, and a member of CMO Club Program Council at Digital University. She was also a member of the international structures of the Marketing Sounding Board of the Star Alliance. She is a juror in Polish and international marketing competitions most recently -  Teads Global Creative Awards Jury 2022. In 2021, she was invited to the Client Advisory Board of Facebook. She has been a juror of Effie Awards many times - she has the honor of being a member of the jury this year as well.

Dorota is a keynote speaker at professional conferences, such as Facebook Marketing Summit, Video Wars by Screen Lovers or the National Congress of Market Researchers and the European Economic Congress. Dorota is a feminist and an activist for the equal gender development. She is a mentor at many NGOs supporting women’s development. In addition, in July 2021 she has created and hosts women empowering podcast #HalloHaller where she invites inspiring women in order to inspire others.
