Manager experienced in the area of production processes, quality and project management. Currently she holds the position of 3M’s Wroclaw Superhub Director.
Dominika has been working at 3M for over 19 years. At that time, she has been involved in quality and manufacturing operations management. He has extensive experience in managing advanced technological processes, especially in the health care, safety and industrial products sector. She also performed the function of Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
From September 2021, she is responsible for the Wrocław Superhub, where over 12,000 products are manufactured, within 4 business groups: industry and security, transport and electronics, health care and consumer products. As part of her role, she ensures the further sustainable development of the manufacturing center, which still employs employees, introduces innovative technologies and expands the range of products.
Dominika graduated in chemical technology at the Wrocław University of Technology and in chemistry at the Hogeschool Zeeland (the Netherlands). She enjoys sport and practiced fencing, which taught her perseverance, patience and developed a motivation to achieve success.
