Bożena is a senior executive with over 20 years practice in large international companies operating on Polish market. She has an ability to handle complex projects including change management.
She was a member of numerous transformation projects as well as implementing IT tools. She has a mature excellence in supply chain and procurement.
Over last 15 years, Bożena was developing her professional career at Orange holding the positions in Sales, Shared Services and in Transformation division.
Her key responsibilities: creation of leading strategy identifying ways to increase Spend Under Management (SUM), processes and procedures evolution to make the procurement organization more efficient, considerably more cost effective and more valuable in the eyes of stakeholders and customers. She was strongly focused on her team development through the category management.
