Beata Rusiecka Azgour

Bea leads a growing team of approx. 300 people including Managers, Solution Architects, Consulting Engineers, Program and Project Managers responsible for the execution of Proactive and Strategic Service contracts at Cisco Poland.

Bea joined Cisco as part of the Customer and Partner Services organization in April 2016, taking a role of Global Enterprise Theatre EMEAR/APJGC Manager. In this role, she led a global team of operations experts focused on Cisco’s largest Global Accounts, delivering operational excellence and ease of doing business for our customers and sales team. In August 2017, Bea moved Cisco Services organization as a leader of EMEAR Advanced Services presales effort. In this role, Bea focused on growing EMEAR Deal Acceleration team and supporting it through implementation of Ease of Selling initiative, transformation of AS Subscription offering into Business Critical Services and implementation of new tools.

In January 2019, Bea took a new role leading Cisco EMEAR Payroll Operation Team delivering payroll to 61 countries and 13500+ Cisco employees and leading abroad Payroll Transformation of technology and processes for 74 countries across LATAM, EMEAR and APJGC. The project involves Human Capital Management system transition to Workday and automation between the HR and Payroll systems as well as transition outsourced payroll model from 14 to 1 preferred vendor. 

Before joining Cisco, Bea worked 10 years for International Paper, where she held several progressively critical roles based in Krakow and in Hayward, California. Her contributions there included Manager of 4 Customer Service Centers, Inside Sales and Procurement Manager, Customer Experience Manager and Procurement Process Manager in Global Sourcing

In her personal life, Bea is a horse-riding instructor. She also has passion for sports, travelling and music concerts. Bea is married to an abstract figurative painter, Michael Azgour, and is a mother of 2 boys, Adam (9 years old) and Alek (6,5 years old).
