Artur Miernik specializes in transformation projects, especially Human Capital aspects. He is an HR director with 15 years of practice and experience in managing HR, sales and customer service. Passionate about development of management competencies, focused on value delivered to a Client’s business. He has been managing large teams for 20 years, building HR processes in innovative and effective way, connecting the world of human resources with a business organization’s strategy.
He has been involved in client projects in Europe and other countries among others Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Italy and India. Artur is a graduate of the Kielce University of Technology, Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University and holds an MBA from GFKM - Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He is a certified change management practitioner (PROSCI).
