Anna Majer joined 3M Service Center EMEA (Global Service Center) in September 2016 as Human Resources Manager and 3M GSC legal entity Board Member. In her role she is responsible for building and leading the HR strategic priorities and HR agenda for 3M GSC to be the Great Place to Work and to better support organization in achieving business results through diversity of activities in each aspect: employer branding, recruitment, development of leaders and individuals, as well as talent management and employee engagement.
Anna was recognized externally within Top Ten Rising Business Stars in Poland by Rzeczpospolita being a great Ambassador of 3M Brand in Poland. Additionally, in January 2020, she was recognized as BSC HR Manager of the Year.
