Aleksandra Tutaj

Olka has been involved with Technology for over ten years, being a Web Developer, IT Project Manager, Scrum Master and Software Engineering Manager. Currently, as IT Delivery Director at UBS, she works to fuse modern technologies with emerging financial demands, creating advanced solutions. Under her leadership she builds and motivates self-organizing, capable teams operating in an Agile environment. She is a true believer in servant leadership, and passionate about enabling, empowering, and mentoring software engineering teams. Alongside her agile delivery, she shares her passions with UBS’s Women in Technology network, assuming leadership of the Poland chapter a year ago.
