Aleksandra Nowak

I graduated from the University of Warsaw with specialization in International Marketing. While studying, I started an internship at P&G as a Digital IT Analyst for the Central European market. After one year of break to travel for Erasmus in Germany, i have rejoined the company to become Project / Program Manager, working for various projects and departments (Business Intelligence; Digital; Artwork) and markets (locally for Central Europe, Africa and Globally), where after 14 years I continue career.

I am currently playing a role of a Global Program Manager for Omnichannel & CRM. On top, I am an active P&G Project Management trainer, as well as IT External Communication Leader with focus on the recruiting efforts.  

Privately, I am a mother of two wonderful children, passionate about confectionery, 8-ball pool and traveling.
