Aleksandra Kazanowska
IT Director
Mentor

I graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, faculties “Quantitative Methods & Information Systems” and “Marketing & Management”.
For the last 18(!) years, I have been working at various managerial positions at the global IT department of Procter & Gamble. I started as a trainee and climbed up to IT Director level.
I have worked as systems analyst, project manager, systems designer, application manager, operations manager, application integrator, and more recently – as an IT architect, marketing technologist and service manager of a portfolio of applications. I have managed teams and budgets up to a few million dollars.
I have experience with multiple business domains, including Sales, Marketing and Consumer Research, but my biggest passion is the digital business. I have been part of the team that delivered the newest Oral-B iO connected electric toothbrush to the market.
At the moment, I support P&G’s pharmaceutical business (Personal Health Care), designing and delivering global projects in this space, and learning a lot about pharma regulatory processes and compliance.
What I enjoy the most at work is solving complex challenges by applying IT solutions in a smart way. I feel great in the dynamic digital environment, where change is part of daily life.
On the private side, I have two small kids, who make me very busy and help re-discover the world through their eyes. I do a lot of DIY work at home and in my garden, grow my own fruit and vegetables. I love travelling, but in the last years I re-focused on living a healthy lifestyle in my own neighborhood: staying fit, going outdoors (SUP, sailing etc.), healthy low-carb and almost-vegetarian cooking.
