Aleksandra Góra is Legal Counsel in 3M in East Europe Region of 3M. In this role, Aleksandra provides daily advice on commercial contracts (preparation and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts), data privacy, unfair competition, anti-monopoly regulations and e-commerce/digital laws to the 3M operation in East Europe Region.
In 3M since 2012 handled multiple roles within legal services. Among others Aleksandra provided support to Central East Europe Middle East & Africa Region on special projects related to business transformation where coordinated CEEMEA legal team efforts in support of all such projects.
On top the Legal Counsel role Aleksandra is handling role of Women’s Leadership Forum Chair in 3M Poland (sales&marketing organization) focusing on support and active role in initiatives that aim in developing and supporting the careers of women in organisation.
Aleksandra joined 3M in Poland in January 2012 from Law Office, where she was specializing on commercial contracts, data privacy, M&A and pharmacy law. Aleksandra has master degree from Warsaw University, Law Faculty and she is qualified legal counsel - she is admitted to Warsaw Bar.
