Aleksandra is an experienced recruiter and team leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She is a strong human resource professional with a Postgraduate Studies focused in HR Business Partner from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

As Account Delivery Manager at NATEK, Aleksandra is responsible for business development and extending the range of services for one of NATEK's clients - one of the largest banks in Poland. In her work, she focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships with customer representatives and bringing NATEK closer to the client’s needs.

As a results-driven professional, Aleksandra has a strong understanding of IT recruitment and market challenges. She builds trust by developing and nurturing management relationships with the customer and taking care of the Customers at every step of their experience with outsourcing.
