Experienced expert in wide variety of wireless technologies, cross-domain projects manager and telecommunication engineer. Strongly interested in strategic planning, new technologies introduction, services development and technology trials. 

Having extensive knowledge about different wireless telecommunication systems such as GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA, (HSPA, IHSPA), LTE, UMA, Femto Cells, Small Cells, WiFi Offload, CDMA2000 1X, EVDO Rel.0 and Rev. A/B., FLASH-OFDM, WIMAX, SOMA, moreover microwave radio transmission (PDH/SDH), IMS, etc.

Before joining Huawei associated with Orange Polska. He held the position of Mobile Technology Strategy Manager, dealing with technology strategy related to 5G and IoT. Before that, he was Program Director responsible for delivering strategic analyzes, and before that he was the Director responsible for wireless access in R&D (Orange Labs). His main responsibilities included service development, RAN function testing processes (SW and HW), preparation of technical tests (Femto, Small Cell, LTE, etc.), device validation, and analysis and evaluation of EMF systems and antennas. In addition, he cared for the laboratory environment of the consolidated network (joint network of Orange Polska and T-mobile Polska) and actively participated in the processes of preparing and evaluating the frequency strategy.

Aleksander Jakubczak began his professional career as a System Operator, and then an Engineer of New Technologies and Services at OSP Polpager (currently Sferia, part of the Polkomtel Group). He joined Orange Polska (PTK Centertel) in 2005 and has held several other positions since then: Program Manager, Head of Architecture and Technology Development Agency and Head of Strategy and Technology Development Agency, where he was responsible for defining strategies and solutions for the technical industry, analysis management and multi-domain projects and programs in the field of introducing new technologies (including UMA, CDMA, Femtocells, DVB-H, LTE, etc.). He was also one of the pioneers in Poland in defining the needs and technical requirements for CDMA EVDO Rev. A and for commercial use in the 850 and 450 bands.

Aleksander graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology. Then he completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Management and completed Telecoms Mini MBA by Informa Telecoms & Media in Dubai, UAE as well as Cyber ​​Security Management at the Kozminski University.
