Agnieszka Kuźnicka

Agnieszka has an extensive experience in human resources area. She currently works at ABB as HR Business Partner, acting as a core member of Management Team. Her responsibilities include bringing people & culture topis on top of business agenda, implementing HR priorities in line with business strategy, as well as following diversity and inclusion principles and implementing it locally. She admits that her everyday work shows her how important it is to speak up and have a courage to challenge existing way of working to act effectively in fast-changing business environment. Prior to ABB, she worked as Global HRBP for EMEA region at Flint Group, where she managed to build strong, trust-based business relationship with all managers within distributed organization.

Interacting with people is Agnieszka’s true passion. She believes that exchange and dialogue bring a new quality to our experience. According to her, mutual openness and inclusion allow us to build a relationship based on trust and respect, and appreciation of individual differences brings new colors to our life. When interacting with people, she always takes into account their beliefs and values. At the same time she does her best to be authentic and live in a harmony with all her personal principles.

As Agnieszka is psychologist from her education, she decided to attend Gestalt Psychotherapy School program. On top of that she become certified coach in Ericson solution focus approach and started practicing with individual clients.
