Aga is an optimist addicted to Product co-creation, Teamwork and continuous learning. During her career, she has been engaged in building smaller products for startups, big and complex solutions with international Team setups, as well as “projects on fire”. 

Aga believes in:

• empowering experts …after all,  they have been hired to do their job, not to be told what to do,
• unleashing the potential of both a person and a Team,
• ability to adapt to constantly changing environment,
• having FUN with what she does.

In her private life, a mum of 2 energetic teenagers (Zuza and Alicja) who loves spending time with her daughters…unless she’s doing some renovations.
