With over 10 years of experience in Sales & Management as well as Delivery for various industries I am now shaping the future of Agile Sales in Sii Poland. Here, for over 3 years I have been building our visibility in the Financial IT Sector, credibility in the eyes of Consultants who work with us, and gaining trust of our Clients. Being responsible for an IT unit of nearly 350 colleagues, I believe that change is the only constant. Having experience also in Marketing, BPO and Entertainment I always try to look at a bigger picture, delivering tailor-made solutions rather than those off the shelf. I like to think that I help Sales Individuals to be a better professional version of themselves by approaching standard challenges in an often unusual way.
