I have been working for almost 5 years at Infor. In my current role as 3rd Party Resource Manager, I am responsible for identifying potential IT subcontract options based on client-specific needs and location, conducting skills searches, negotiations with business partners and strategic sourcing. In my additional role, I am in charge of training and coaching.
I am a sociologist with masters in social communication and market research. I also completed a postgraduate course in human resources.
With a strong focus on personal growth in the organization, I am passionate about training and development, coaching and mentoring. My main strengths are a great desire to learn and support others in developing their talents, mindfulness and work commitment.
I am also highly involved in initiatives dedicated to the Women’s Infor Network (WIN) with a special interest in soft skills development, enhancing work-life balance and building networking.
In my free time, I love to travel with my partner, spend time in the beautiful nature and go for long walks with my dog. I also like indoor activities like reading exciting books, practising yoga and swimming.
