Agata joined UBS recruitment, in 2012, continuing her HR journey. In 2015 she made a career turn and joined IT, initially building up technical delivery teams, then later focusing on DE&I and culture topics, globally. She initiated the Polish Chapter of UBS’s Women in Technology network, leading it for the last 4 years. With collaboration with women focused institutions and internal initiatives, this has impacted the internal culture of UBS. Presently, Agata manages EMEA & UK Automation Support and is the Robotics Global Service Manager for Wealth Management Operations. She loves leading teams, empowering them to engage and act to deliver tangible results.
